Since we moved into our current building 3 years ago, we’ve seen our attendance grow from 550 to 2000. Since then, we’ve also seen:

Now, in 2023, we are launching our NEXT initiative to address the capacity challenges we were facing in many key areas. We know that our need for more space is not going away as long as we continue our vision to Help People Meet and Follow Jesus.

More than ever before, we need to make room for those God is sending our way as we continue to exist for those who are not here yet. We are inviting those who are a part of the Rock Creek Church family to help us take this NEXT step together.

By the end of 2028, we anticipate seeing God expand our church influence to:

  • We are currently experiencing 2000 worshippers per weekend with a 550 seat worship center. If we double our seating capacity we will double the amount of people we could reach each and every weekend.

  • With more attendees, we have the opportunity to see many more people say, “Yes”, to Jesus! With that potential comes many who will not only say “Yes” but will go public with their faith in believer’s baptism.

  • Rock Creek must always seek ways to expand its footprint for the Kingdom of God. Whether it’s helping others start churches in Texas or other parts of our nation, or it’s continued Kingdom expansion in the Dominican Republic, the ultimate step would be to SEND one of our very best. With that said, over the next five years we look forward to SENDING David and Jenna Smullin to start Portrait Church in the northwest quadrant of Celina, TX.

  • Over the next five years our vision is to see the complete build out of our main campus on West First Street in Prosper, TX. With the 24 buildable acres we own, we can build out a campus that holds 1,500 in the worship center with full support space (including multi purpose meeting spaces), full children’s ministry facilities, 800 plus parking spaces while using our current facility for Student Ministries and a new church office suite.

Our vision is to complete our Master Plan Build Out over the next 5 years. We desire to take a big faith step with God but do so fiscally responsible. While we would love to do all phases at once, we will follow God’s lead and funds available as we proceed through each phase.
